The Job

• Create wireframes, sketches, flow diagrams, mockups, prototype for user-focused, responsive web designs
• Communicate visual hierarchy and information architecture through intuitive user-centered interfaces
• Identify areas of improvement through gathering behavior analytics and user feedback
• Collaborate with developers and designers to understand technical requirements and establish design standards
• Design graphics and visual assets for social media, web, and other digital channels
• Design UI architecture, interface and interaction flow of applications for multiple platform, covering responsive web, mobile and tablet (little bit duplicate with previous point)
  
  
  

The Person

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in web/multimedia design
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping software
• Portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Self-motivated, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, 
• Strong client-side expertise, experience in front-end web development with animated/interactive effects (HTML5, JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap, CSS3)
• Experience in unit test and test-driven development will be beneficial
• Experience in ASP.Net development will be beneficial
