Our client, a retail chain company is hiring a System Engineer to join their IT team

Responsibilities:

• Perform server and infrastructure maintenance, support and troubleshooting
• Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
• Maintain and implement server and infrastructure policy and standard
• Liaise vendors and application team on project implementation, maintenance and support
• Resolve incidents and problems and liaise with vendor as necessary
• Prepare and maintain related documentation and operation manual
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Certificate Holder is a plus (e.g. MCSE, MCITP, CCNA or CCNP, ITIL)
• 1 year or above experience with VMware, Windows, SQL Server, LAN, WAN, network, firewalls and cloud management
• Familiar with system administration and IT operation management including network, servers, desktop products as well as power and facilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English and Cantonese
