Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for  IT Helpdesk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answer end users’ enquires for various PC problems through telephone and email
• Troubleshooting for various PC problem
• Responsible for repair and maintain hardware
• Provide remote and onsite support to end users, e.g. installation of PC
• Assist in software installation and upgrade 
• Responsible for record IT related log and reports

Job Requirements:

• 1 year or above experience in IT support role
• Experience in provide IT support at sizable company is preferable
• Diploma or above in IT or computer science field
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
