Job Description
Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for IT Helpdesk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answer end users’ enquires for various PC problems through telephone and email
- Troubleshooting for various PC problem
- Responsible for repair and maintain hardware
- Provide remote and onsite support to end users, e.g. installation of PC
- Assist in software installation and upgrade
- Responsible for record IT related log and reports
Job Requirements:
- 1 year or above experience in IT support role
- Experience in provide IT support at sizable company is preferable
- Diploma or above in IT or computer science field
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
