Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on systems and related networking problems
• Resolve technical problems and carry out hardware equipment repair/replacement
• Implement or upgrade hardware and software according to the standards, policies and guidelines
• Maintain and revise computer standards, related setup procedures and operation manuals
• Inventory management and spare parts quality assurance
• Provide internal support to ad hoc activities as specified by superior

Requirements

• Higher Certificate holders or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• With 5 years’ experience of Information Technology services of which at least 3 years’ experience in end-user computing and technical support services position
• Experience in Mobile Device Management included MobileIron, Mac OS Administrator, Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, MS Office 2007 and Lotus Notes
• Solid PC hardware support experience
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, able to speak Putonghua is preferred
