Job Duties:

• Assist IT Supervisor in performing hardware and software procurement, installations, configuration and IT house-keeping
• Responsible for daily IT supporting jobs by providing the IT helpdesk and technical support in hardware and software to all users in the Club
• Develop, maintain and implement web applications and associated infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain performance on system, server, network or other IT Communication related projects or tasks as assigned
• Install hardware, system and application software according to end user requirements and perform troubleshooting as required
• Provide end user with support and trainings
• Prepare technical documentations or reports
• Provide the IT support for the club events
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in System Security, RDBMS, PC and networking equipment is highly preferable, any web related programing would be an advantage.
• Respond in a timely manner to members’ reactions whenever required.
• Self-motivated and service-oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with flexibility of adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English, native English speaker would be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant education background will be considered.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
