Job Description
- Responsible for leading a team of technical staff to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works / projects of building services systems for an office building located at Central
- Attending emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
- Holder of Higher Diploma / Certificate in E&M Engineering / Building Services (E&M) or related discipline (less qualification but with more experience will also be considered)
- Holder of registered electrical worker license with class B0 or above and should have minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
- Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
