The incumbent will be responsible for managing food product portfolio, monitoring project timeline, carrying out market analysis and volume forecasting, overseeing the brand performance and new product development activities.

Responsibilities: 

• Drive and coordinate new product development projects
• Initiate and monitor character project including but not limited to negotiating offer, product selection, style guide, packaging review and budgeting
• Conduct data analysis and product review to understand market dynamics and identify market opportunities
• Review brand performance with internal and external data to keep track of sales performance against targets
• Prepare reports for management information
• Handle ad hoc project and task as assigned by supervisor

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience in managing food product portfolio and leading product development project
• Strong project management, analytical, communication & negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC application and MS Office

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Category Officer
