We are now going to organize the first international food exhibition (B2B & G2B) specifically for the One Belt & One Road (OBOR) Initiative in Hong Kong and titled “The 1st Belt & Road International Food Expo” (BRIF EXPO) joint with one of our major supporter “Belt & Road Global Development Alliance” . The event received strong support form various international consulates, chambers and industry associations. The OBOR Initiative covers 65 countries including China, ASEAN, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe which create tremendous opportunities and growth for the global food business and consumer markets. We are now seeking experienced and intelligent individuals to join our team together to realize the golden opportunities offered by the OBOR.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of media strategies and plans for exhibition in order to rise awareness of the event in international
• Propose professional PR solution for exhibition and event projects to achieve marketing targets
• Provide a full spectrum of PR duties, including preparation of press releases, press conference and media materials, invites, event proposals, as well as media pitching
• Build and maintain good relationship with media parties and coverage to generate exposure and increase brand awareness and evaluate effectively on a regularly basis
• Cooperate with potential partners and plan online and offline events
• Manage the copy writing of the press release for management, press conference and related events
• Handle press enquiries, crisis management and as the spoken person
• Work closely with marketing and sales team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Public or Media Relations, Event Management, Marketing, Journalism, Communication or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ Corporate Communications/ Public Relations experiences gained from either in-house or agency side.
• Extensive experience in copyrighting and translation with excellent PR and communication skill including written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Working experience in MICE industry is a definitely a advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Less experience applicant will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferable

Working Location : Lai Chi Kok, 5-days work
