The Role

You will formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of logistics properties within the Company's portfolio. Your major responsibilities include securing new tenants, renewing existing tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, as well as liaising with property agents.

The Person

You should possess a Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing or its equivalent with at least 3 years' relevant experience in marketing and leasing. To succeed in this role, you should have a sound understanding of the real estate industry, an extensive network of contacts and excellent interpersonal skills.
