The Job:

The Assistant Sales Manager will perform a variety of tasks requiring an extroverted self motivated personality, with the ultimate goal of providing a high level of service to both the sales force and customers.

The ability to work without daily supervision in a fast pace environment, where time management, prioritizing and organizational skills are a must. Will work under pressure and report directly the LRN Management Team. 

• Responsible for developing plans and executing presentations
• Execute new product launches and report on success rates
• Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information
• Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors
• Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary with the team 
• Create and execute the brand strategies and marketing plans for the brand, including managing both the existing product portfolio and new product launches
• Provide Management daily reporting of project statuses and updates.   
• Develop new accounts and meet sales target
• Build up long-term customer relationship
• To prepare sales analysis report for Management review
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  

To succeed in the role, the successful candidate should have:

• 3 years experience on Sales and Marketing related to hotel and F & B industry
• High school certificate / Diploma holder
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must
• Solid bakery and pastry products knowledge is an advantage
• Aggressive, Creative and Sales- oriented, outgoing
