Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E and L/C shipping documents
• Provide office administrative and clerical support to the department
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or equivalent
• IVE or T.I. graduate studying supply chain and logistic will be advantage
• At least 3-year shipping experience in garment buying office or trading firm
• Capable of working independently and working under pressure
• Able and willing to work overtime
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel & Trade-link
• Good command of both English and Mandarin
