Key Job Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers and sample arrangements  
• Follow up bulk shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Prepare Sales Order and Purchase Order as well as updating information records with ERP System
• Coordinate with suppliers and Warehouse to maintain good stock level
• Any ad hoc tasks required

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Min.2 years Customer Service experience with product knowledge in hangtag and woven label
• Good sense of reponsibility and customer-service oriented
• Detail minded, well-organized and eager to learn
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
