Responsibilities:

• Delivering complete procurement services including sourcing, request for quotation, tendering, price negotiation, issuance of Purchase Orders and contract development for kitchen projects
• Ensure all purchases made are in compliance and performance compliance to meet users' requirements under cost efficiency
• Maintain good relationships with key suppliers and user department
• Compile purchasing management and statistical reports.
• Analyze procurement needs and develop strategies for procurement and contracting
• Assisting to prepare, review, improve and implement Department policy and procedures

Requirements: -

• University degree in business / purchasing related disciplines
• Strong knowledge of kitchen or fit-out products and quality suppliers is an advantage.
• 6 years of procurement experience and at least 3 years at managerial/supervisory level
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel 
• Occasionally travel to PRC is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer
• Immediate availability is preferable
