Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• Corporate member of HKIA or equivalent
• At least 15 years of experience gained in established design firms as a designer and of which at least 5 years experience focused in design management in a developer environment
• The skill set should cover thorough understanding of all aspects at different stages in the process of design development. Proven experience in managing consultants of various disciplines, in particular: architecture, master planning, interior design, facade, selection of materials, detailing and aesthetic critics
• Well–versed in HK building regulations and proven knowledge ofMacau building regulations is an added advantage
• Working independently and systematically under guidelines and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Station in Macau but will be frequent travel to HK Head Office
