Our client is one of the leading Telecom Company, they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up below positions:

(Asst.) Marketing Analysis Manager

Duties:

• Provide ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns and activities from different customer’s segments
• Support management decisions and assist to draft commercial strategies
• Design and lead research projects to achieve business goals
• Identify new market opportunities for acquisition and expansion
• Increase retention and customer loyalty & satisfaction
• Conduct market research to analyze market and competition, determine brand perceptions, segmentation and evaluate market penetration to meet customer needs
• Develop focus groups and surveys to obtain market research data
• Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability
• Present findings and research to senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Around 4- 5 years experience in relevant experience in data analysis or mining, CRM, database marketing and market research
• Deep understanding of analytical tools as well as value proposition
• Experience in manage, plan and execute research studies for marketing projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Project Management skills to manage projects
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Marketing Analysis Manager
