Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the regulatory compliance programs
• Set up and review internal compliance system
• Review and update the compliance policies in accordance to new SFC guidelines
• Handle SFC licensing matters and AML training
• Conduct AML/ KYC assessments and transaction monitoring on AML
• Perform Internal control function to monitor all business activities/ operation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and provide professional compliance advisory to business
• Perform compliance reviews and self-assessments in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Law or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years of compliance experience within a financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of SFC regulations and rules
• Familiar with the SFO (KYC and AML related matters)
• Mature, self-initiative, detail-oriented with good inter-personal skill and analytical mind
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
