Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer services hotline's enquiries
- Conduct KYC checking and documentation review
- Engage in ad hoc KYC projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above in any disciplines
- 1-2 years' customer service experience
- Good Communication skills and telephone manners
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua a definite plus
