We are a law firm in Central and looking for a Conveyancing Clerk.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the completion of property transactions including sale and purchase of properties, registration and stamping of documents

-Capable of handling Conveyancing files independently, with least supervision

Requirements:

-F.5 or above with pass in English

-At least 3 years of experience in handling conveyancing matters

-Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

-Good command of English and Chinese

-Organised, reliable & willing to learn
