Job Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand, analyse and document business requirements
• Create both business and system process models
• Work with third party software providers / systems analysts, testers and developers to ensure that requirements are understood
• Work with test teams to ensure that test cases are comprehensive and appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrable relevant experience within a large scale technology implementation program
• Exceptional analytical, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to facilitate requirements capture through stakeholder workshops
• Subject matter expert in several of; Exchange Traded Futures and Options, Equities, Commodities ,Collateral Management, CSD Settlement, Risk Management
• Experience of working in an Exchange, Clearing House or Clearing Participant Firm
• Knowledge of international market practices and sentiment
• Ability to think out of the box and to analyze in-depth business issues considering business, operational and system impacts and provide business solutions
• Strong working knowledge of the SDLC and project governance
• Significant experience and proven ability to operate and influence in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment; building and maintaining effective relationships/networks at all levels of the organisation including exec/senior management
• Drive planning, objective setting, development and implementation of new procedures within area of responsibility
• Ability to challenge and provide critical judgment under pressure, resolve issues innovatively and change priorities when needed
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese

The primary geographical preference of the group will be in Hong Kong and South East Asia region.

All investment decisions will be made for mid-to-long-term best interests (typical holding period of up to 5 years), contingent on market conditions as well as appropriate assessment of project risk and returns. ED’s investment portfolio will also take into account of investment in a diverse mix of asset classes which includes traditional securities, mutual funds, alternative investment into commodities and/or other unique assets (e.g. antiques, fine wines and arts)that fits into the Group’s strategy.
