Job duties:

• Leading a leasing team in professional manner so as to achieve results, provide superior customer service and meet occupancy goals
• Overall sales, leasing and marketing of our serviced apartments of our property portfolio from time to time
• Responsible for sales of strata title residential portfolio
• Liaise with professionals including property developers, banks, consultancies, government bodies, advertising companies and marketing consultants for the preparation of sales/letting launches
• Building and maintaining the corporate branding of the Company
• Managing leasing agencies to ensure professional service is deliverable as well as KPI
• Prepare marketing strategies / analysis on trade mix and tenant mix in line with the business plan
• Handle leasing enquires, client and tenancy liaisons, marketing analysis compilation and agreement renewal negotiation
• Responsible for leasing of extensive portfolio of serviced apartments and long lease residential portfolio together with retail and serviced offices inventory
• Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, budget preparation, lease term negotiations, takeover and handover of premises, fitting-out works, renovation works and ad hoc duties
• Monitor variances in leasing control parameters, such as income receivable, vacancy, trends, pricing, market movement and trend and customer turnover
• Conduct market research in leasing industry
• Attend property viewing with agents and/or potential tenants
• Strengthen existing residential sales and leasing business plus explore potential new tenants

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate and Surveying discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience in leasing or marketing
• Experience in residential properties with major developers will be preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
