Job Duties:

• Liaise with real estate agents, for new letting opportunities and renewal of contracts for shopping mall
• Handle general leasing of new letting/ renewal negotiation and related administration
• To maintain & establish good relationship with existing & potential tenants
• Review and execute leasing and marketing strategic in line with business plans
• Coordinate with property management and other related duties for shopping mall
• source for new and potential tenants
• Analyze market trends and data research and prepare regular leasing reports
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in property leasing and management
• Detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking and capable to work under pressure
• Good numerical & analytical sense, good networking with potential tenants and possess effective negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Holder of valid Estate Agent's Licence is definite advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred

  Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Leasing Officer.
