Job Description
Responsibilities:
To be responsible for matching potential owners with appropriate shelter pets
-
To update animal records, provide pre and post adoption support and assist the foster programme
- To work with various welfare teams, veterinary assistants, veterinarians, kennel keepers and dog behaviour trainers etc, to take responsibility for assisting the welfare programs and providing care for animals under the care of the Welfare department

To participate in other duties such as obedience training, ordering supplies, processing donations, giving tours, and media interviews
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Welfare Operations Manager or Welfare Programme Manager or the Deputy Director (Welfare)
Requirements:

F. 7 or above
-
Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese, spoken Putonghua will be advantage
- Able to work on shift including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

A team player with strong interpersonal skill

Excellent customer service skill and telephone manner

Be an animal lover and confident in handling cats, dogs and small animals like rabbits, etc
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals.
- Have a valid driving licence (class 1 & 2) and relevant driving experience will be advantage
