Responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven CRM campaigns to enhance customer experiences and engage members
• Develop campaigns and partnerships to acquire new members through social and offline channels
• Conduct data analysis to derive customer insights and recommendations that drive CRM & e-commerce performance
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing/ Business Administration/ E-commerce
• 5 years or above relevant work experiences
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self- motivated, independent, good analytical and presentation skills
• Particular experiences customer relationship management, data analysis and e-commerce are distinct advantages
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Supervisor
