Our client is a famous Hong Kong property development and property management company that provide residential and commercial leasing service. Now they are looking for a Assistant Leasing Manager to support their business.

The position will be responsible on handle the leasing enquires & complaints, conduct market research, analyze data, handle new letting / renewal negotiation, prepare leasing documents, regular site visit and arrange meeting with clients, etc.

The ideal candidate must be Degree holder with at least 5 years experience in residential and / or office leasing. Most preferably with work experienced in Property Developer. Work experienced in Property agency will also be consider. Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is a must. 

Candidate with less experienced will be consider as Senior Leasing Officer.
