Job Description

• Handle new account opening, perform KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information
• Provide quality customer services and handle client's enquiries
• Handle client's feedback and complaints 
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients
• Communicate with internal and external parties effectively
• Perform ad-hoc duties as the company assigned

Requirement

• University Degree holder or above with at least 2 years customer service experience
• With related experience in investment and securities business is an advantage
• Good knowledge of securities and Futures market
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Possess with strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• with RA1 and/or RA2
• Immediate available is preferable
