To lead the project, and support the General Manager, PMO and the Operations Director in Hong Kong to manage the transition project of the logistics documentation process outsourcing to the offshore BPO centre.

Job duties:

• To coordinate between the China offices and other locations about the transition of documentary tasks to the offshore BPO Centre
• As the escalation point, working together with the General Manager, Project Management Office ( PMO ), to manage the daily issues escalated by either the China offices and the BPO Centre to drive for solutions and improvements
• To overall supervise the transition status, including the headcount and job/task transfer, etc.
• To align different practices among different China office to a unified one for the BPO Centre to follow and execute, including the process/SOP alignment
• To report the status update to Top Management at regular intervals
• To lead the regular review meetings with the BPO Centres and different China offices about the performance of the BPO services
• To work closely with all relevant parties and the BPO Centre for any on-going new customer on-boarding to ensure smooth implementation
• To proactively identify and propose improvement to the management about the process and/or any automation opportunity involved in the BPO Centre’s operations
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferentially in Business or Logistics Management
• PMP Certified is a plus
• Six Sigma Certified is a plus
• Key Account Management, Solution, Implementation experience is a plus
• Minimum 5 yearsof management experience in logistics industry, preferentially involving in Project Management e.g. Implementation
• Good experience in logistics products attained in 3PLs, preferentially exposure in the areas of Ocean Freight and end-to-end integrated Supply Chain ( Buyer Consolidation )
• Project Management experience derived from roles like Implementation is highly desirable.  Previous exposure to internal “ Transformation “ project is a definite advantage
• Good interpersonal skill with positive thinking, proactive and attention to details
