Responsibilities:

• Report to the Sales Director
• Work with a team of Sales staffs in providing full support to Southeast Asia Region clients on day to day work
• Able to achieve target
• Handle active clients’ enquiries through phone, email and live chat with professional manner
• Support Sales Team in offering our multiple trading solutions, platforms and services to clients  
• Maintain and develop good relationship with our clients
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to achieve project goals
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Director

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in selling financial products
• Understand the financial market dynamics
• Good knowledge on financial system is preferred
• Project management and planning skills
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Good command of  English
• Good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines national, network and or language preferable
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Assistant
