We are now going to organize the first international food exhibition (B2B & G2B) specifically for the One Belt & One Road (OBOR) Initiative in Hong Kong and titled “The 1st Belt & Road International Food Expo” (BRIF EXPO) joint with one of our major supporter “Belt & Road Global Development Alliance” . The event received strong support form various international consulates, chambers and industry associations. The OBOR Initiative covers 65 countries including China, ASEAN, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe which create tremendous opportunities and growth for the global food business and consumer markets. We are now seeking experienced and intelligent individuals to join our team together to realize the golden opportunities offered by the OBOR.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a combination of new business development and account management
• Responsible for updating & extending prospects database & delivering sales objectives, based on a proposed commercial plan
• Responsible for the administration of potential and confirmed exhibitors in CRM system and subsequent paperwork once a deal has been made
• Create and manage sales plan and sponsorship proposals;
• Build sustainable relationships with exhibitors to improve market knowledge retention ratio, selling sponsoring and value added services
• Driving exhibition and sponsorship sales for the Exhibition and Events
• Responsible for providing content for the Critical Sales Paths (CSP), Retention Reports and Booked Exhibitor Lists
• Develop local and global potential new clients to generate profitability;
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPI, both individual and as a team.
• Writing and developing sales materials;

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in exhibition industry with at least 3 years in managerial level;
• Extensive experience within an B2B exhibition stand space or sponsorship sales;
• Ability to manage, develop and deliver multiple sales and marketing campaigns;
• Great relationship building and interpersonal skills;
• Commercially minded with initiative and strong networking skill;
• Experience in managing and coaching a sales team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with a confident professional telephone manner;
• Experience working on FMCG or F&B related exhibitions is highly preferable but not essential;
• Less experience applicant will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Officer;
• Immediate available is highly preferable
