Job Responsibilities

• Discharge the role of duty manager who is responsible for overall monitoring on terminal’s (both airline services and terminal services) 24-hour operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations to meet customer service standards and compile with Operations Procedure
• Resolve operations discrepancies and proactively monitor on any adverse situation that cause potential disruption or unsafe to operations
• Deal with other parties included RHO, CTO, Airport Authority & Government Departments
• Handle the services requested by customer airlines, freight forwarders and other business partners
• Conduct the accident investigation and necessary temporary preventive measures
• Lead on ad-hoc projects 

Requirements

• Shift duties, including overnight shift, required
• Degree holder with 4 years relevant experience; or Diploma holder with 6 years relevant experience of which 3 years at supervisory level; or F.5 with 8 years relevant experience of which 5 years at supervisory level
• 10 years or above Air Cargo, Logistics, Airline, Project and Customer services experience preferred
• Candidates with lower education level but satisfactory performance will also be considered
• Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office)
• Good written Chinese and English; fluent in spoken Cantonese and English
• Excellence communication skill and strong people management skill
