Key Responsibilities 主要職責:

• Promote Company products through telesales channel
  透過電話推廣公司產品
• Approach customers for sales orders and follow up in accurate and timely manner
  處理客戶訂單,提供準確,及時的跟進服務
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  專業及有效地處理客戶查詢及投訴
• Build and develop long-term relationship with customers by providing professional pre & after-sales services
  提供售前售後服務, 與客戶建立良好商業關係

Requirements 職位要求: 

• Form 5/ HKDSE or above
  中五/中學文憑或以上程度
• At least 1 year sales/customer service working experience, preferably in telesales operation
  一年或以上銷售/客戶服務經驗, 具電話銷售經驗為佳
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  良好中英文會話
• Proficient in computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  熟悉電腦文書操作及中文輸入法
• Good communication skills, show willingness to learn with strong initiative to meet sales target
  良好溝通技巧、願意學習、積極進取以達致銷售目標
