Legor Group S.p.A. is a multinational company with Italian base who is renowned in the jewelry industry as supplier to the gold/silver jewelry and fashion sectors, which manufactures and supplies both precious and non-precious metal consumable material applied to production processes. We are looking for a Customer Service for our commercial sites in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• interact with customers to provide the best service in order to guarantee the product deliveries;

• prepare and send commercial offers to the customers;

• keep recrods of customer interactions and transactions;

• manage administrative documents;

• manage purchasing actvities;

Job requirements include:

• materials science background;
• 2 years experience in lab environment;
• English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Keen user of computer;
• customer care oriented;
• strong problem finding and solving attitude;
• flexibility and adaptability to change;
