The job holder is responsible for providing coffee machines and ice-cream freezers maintenance service support to Food Service Team and coordinating with all service providers in China and Hong Kong market.

Job Scope:

• Supervise and operate the Repair & Maintenance (R&M) department for both HK and China markets
• Prepare, align and control the R&M budget and expenses of all machines with Food Service Team and our assigned service providers  
• Coordinate with machines suppliers and maintenance service providers to ensure their performance achieve the assigned targets under the company policies
• Responsible for deploying manpower and act as team leader in providing necessary training and guidance
• Provide training and update machines information to Sales & Marketing Team and Repair & Maintenance service providers 
• Provide technical advices to Sales, Marketing and Merchandizing team on machine capabilities and coordinate with Sales team on demonstration
• Work closely with General Sales Manager to launch the machines installation plan and coordinate with Food Service Sales Team to maintain a healthy stock inventory to cope with the sales trend
• Prepare regular reports to management to monitor the fix asset inventory status

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder (or similar qualification) 
• Holder of Electrical Working License A is preferred 
• About 2-3 years of relevant experience in Coffee machine repair and maintenance, and at least 1 year supervisory experience
• Experience in leading team with good communication and effective people management skills is also essential
• Good communications skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
• Travel to China is required
• Candidate with more experience may be considered for managerial position
