• Provide full HR support including compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, social insurance and taxation matters for frontline and supporting staff of HK and Macau
• Maintain accurate HR database and prepare HR reports in regular basis
• Monitor & handle leave and attendance administration
• Provide advice to line managers on payroll issues and benefits matters
• Support line managers for shop level recruitment & on-boarding
• Provide feedback & recommendation on improvement project of C&B matters and other HR function
• Manage all-round general office administrative
• Coordinate & organize ad hoc projects, assignments and company events

We are looking for

• Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' solid Human Resource experience preferably in retail or sizable companies
• Well-versed in Employment, MPF & other HR-related Ordinance
• Sensitive in figures and capable of handling massive data with good analytical skills
• Attentive to details, well-organized with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
• Positive, detail-minded & a self-starter with strong sense of responsibility
• Flexible, with 'can-do' attitude and a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing with experience in SAP HCM perferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
