Job Duties

- Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks
- Assist and follow up production process, including communicate with designers and technicians for the arrangements of the events
- On-site execution on the event date
- To liaise with related parties based on production requirement including booking, editing and preparing rundown
- Set-up and update production schedule
- Outdoor work is required

Requirements

- HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma holder in Multi-media Production or related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant experience is an advantage
- Good organizational skills with outstanding attention to details
- Smart, a good team player, with good personality and communication skill, positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Sound knowledge of video and audio editing tools
- Innovative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Willing to work overtime
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred

Location: 3 Broadcast Drive, Kowloon, Hong Kong
