The incumbent will in charge of day to day rewards management tasks in terms of payroll, taxation and staff fringe benefits, reports, budget & forecast, international assignment and also ensures compliance with local legislation and WBA Group policy to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day Compensation and Benefits administration including but not limited to monthly payroll, insurance plans, pension schemes and IRD enquiries, etc
• Lead total rewards related projects in consistent with WBA’s overall rewards strategy : salary structure design, insurance renewal, annual bonus and merit award proposal, etc
• Monitor WBA’s people cost with preparation of long range plan, people cost budget & reforecast 
• Manage end-to-end international assignment including package design, cost estimation, logistics arrangement, tax enquiries and filing in coordination with other business units’ HRBP, International Assignment Team and tax consultancy 
• Handle market surveys, industry’s analysis and collect up-to-date market information to keep abreast of market trend
• Liaise with IT team and external HRMS vendor for HRMS design and enhancement for SAP solution implementation 
• Provide effective and customer-oriented services and advices to employees and stakeholders related to the Rewards Management policies and HR related ordinances

 Key Position Requirements:

• A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines 
• Minimum 8 years' proven C&B experiences, preferably from sizable multinational company with 3 years in senior role
• Solid C&B/hands-on payroll experiences in sizable organization
• Excellent understanding in Hong Kong and China labour law and HR related legislations
• Solid experiences in HRIS operations and training coordination 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timelines
• Proactive and passionate about delivering good quality service with a flexible can-do attitude
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Customer service oriented, good communication, coordination and organizational skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Strong Excel skills with practical work experience in HRIS are highly preferable
