Requirements:

1.       Speak fluent Cantonese & English; Fair in Mandarin
2.       Form 5 or above educational level
3.       At least 1 year customer service experience
4.       Good command of phone manner & customer service skill
5.       Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing

Role:

1.       Handle phone calls and answer enquiries for customers
