Real Estate Investment VP

Primary Duties:

s  Assist in closing of real estate transactions

s  Manage the existing real estate portfolio and day-to-day operations of the fund

s  Support the preparation of investor reports and fund presentations on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis

s  Coordinate with credit lenders in maintaining existing loan facilities, drawing down new loan facilities and monitoring credit covenants

s  Assist in the underwriting process of real estate investments by creating financial models

s  Assist in the preparation of investment recommendations for presentation to the investment committee for transaction approval

s  Work with consultants or other service providers to perform due diligence works for real estate transactions

s  Interface with other functions within the company for the formation and daily operations of real estate funds, including company secretarial and finance related wor

s  Assist in the preparation of presentation to senior management and marketing materials for new business initiatives

Qualifications:

s   Above 7 years of work experience preferably with a private equity real estate fund manager or investment bank

s   Bachelor’s degree or above

s   Must speak fluent Mandarin and English

s   A motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

s   Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

s   Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
