DUTIES:

To handle alteration and additions and fitting out works, renovation projects, statutory submission, and licensing application.

• Degree /Higher Dip./ Asso. Degree in Building Surveying or Architectural Studies or Structural Engineering
• Experienced in Renovation and Addition & Alteration works is a definite advantage
• A minimum of 3 years experience in construction industry
• Good project management and communication skills
• Proficient in PC applications in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of written /spoken English and Chinese;
• Outgoing, with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and interact at all levels;
• Able to work under pressure;
