Responsibilities:

• Provide daily trade and administrative support such as trades input, preparation of term sheets and other related documents
• Keep clients’ orders in the order book
• Assist on conducting research on investment products and investment markets
• Assist on conducting investment products review and monitoring
• Assist on preparation of marketing materials
• Liaise with brokers on price quotes and orders execution

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling investment banking products and services
• Knowledge of trade execution
• Good understanding of investment market
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous with the ability of multi-tasking and willing to work under pressure
• A team player
• Knowledge in Bloomberg and Excel usage is a plus
• Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
