Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Daily branch sales supports/ ad-hoc projects to strengthen the overall sales efficiency and the professionalism.
• Develop sales knowledge library which can deliver useful knowledge to branch channel, e.g. sales aids/handbook, etc.
• Provide professional insurance business support, in collaboration with the distribution and manufacturing partners, to facilitate the Bank to build and sustain a prominent retail distribution network for achieving wealth management business goals
• Prepare and support sales training to ensure the sales quality standard and foster sales performance
• Coordinate different program and sales administrative works, e.g. sales performance report, implement sales staff motivation initiatives, etc.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline, preferably with professional qualifications such as FLMI or CFMP
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales support experience in life insurance business
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Be proactive, independent and good analytical mind
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
