To support the marketing team to do research and develop the new training contents and initiatives for AP markets.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing team in research and development of training contents in beauty trends, skincare and makeup techniques trainings and social media practice etc.
• Consolidate, summarise and edit contents from desk research and external partner’s resource under guidance from senior
• Coordinate and assist project communications and planning with local markets, corporate stakeholders and external agencies
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation for review and approval meetings
• Participate in brainstorming workshops to generate new training and content ideas
• Support new idea pilot and planning and execution for the AP region

Requirements:

• BA or above in marketing, communication, journalism, media, education or beauty and makeup related background
• 2-3 years’ work experience
• Good English and Chinese written and spoken communication skill
• Experience in conducting beauty trend related research and content editing
• Previous experience and personal interest in beauty and makeup an advantage
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator and advantage
• Team player, proactive and creative mindset
• Result oriented and attention to details
