Job Duties & Requirements :

1. Responsible for supervision of site progress and workmanship;
2. Coordination with subcontractors and other trades;
3. Drafting of as-built drawings;
4. Attend meetings and workshops with architects and designers;
5. Conduct testing and commissioning procedures of the completed E&M works;
6. Prepare detailed records for any variation works;
7. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and qualified electricians are preferred.
