Responsibilities:

• Implement the ISO17025 system in laboratory
• Liaison between internal and external stakeholders
• Planning and coordinating testing activities
• Preparing quotation & test proposal
• Follow up inquires & quotations
• Performing other ad hoc administration duties as required

Requirements:

• High Diploma/Associate Degree or above
• 1 year working experience
• Experience in construction / building service industry is an advantage
• Experience in testing laboratory is an asset
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office
• Self-motivated with good organization, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Fresh candidates with less experience will also be considered as Project Assistant
