Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in site supervising / resident for fitting out projects in PRC
- Very strong in technical understanding of construction drawings, materials and working sequences
- Able to work independently and coordinate with varies parties
- Station in PRC is required
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
- Diploma /Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or relevant building construction discipline is a plus
- Immediately available is a plus
