Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing design development and full package of presentation drawings, site coordination work, assist to handle full set of working drawings.
• Assist project co-ordination from conceptual design to job completion.
• Ensure work of subcontractor is of an acceptable standard and are proceeding according to schedule
• Independent handle all assigned duties for design and build of interior project, material selection, project planning, execution and monitoring
• Work closely with Senior Designer

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder, IVE  / Polytechnic graduate in interior design or above with 1 to 5 years experiences in interior design, details drawings and site supervision
• Responsible, independent and willing to work to meet deadlines.
• Good skill & knowledge of Mac Computer, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Perspective drawing, willing to learn ArchiCAD.
• Good Communication skills and able to work effectively as a team. 
• Good command of written & spoken English / Mandarin / Cantonese.
• Mature, self-disciplined with good initiative
• Able to work under pressure, overtime and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred

*Fresh graduate will also be considered, applicants with less experience will be considered as Draftsman.
