Responsibilities:

• To assist with all aspects of training within service centre
• To provide a quality service standard and regulation training to new joiners
• To analyze training needs across all service centre staff and develop new programmes as necessary
• To review and update test papers and assessments of new joiners
• To review and recommend improvements and update all training materials

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in training/ hospitality/Beauty 
• Knowledge of member services, loyalty programmes, airline/travel customer service industry an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure
• High degree of maturity, personal ownership and responsibility
• Warm and approachable manner
