Cornerstone Global Partners is working with a Global Insurer, seeking an experienced Insurance Project Manager to grow the capabilities of their Project Management Department. In this department, Project Managers are expected to tackle a mixture of Compliance, Operational and Digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the successful end to end delivery of Insurance Projects 
• Work with stakeholders and projects sponsors to define the business case, benefit realisations for the projects
• Develop and execute project management plans including scope, timeline, resources, costs etc...
• Develop and manage project communication, change management and stakeholder engagement plans
• Conduct status meetings and work sessions to identify and resolve upcoming scheduling, capacity and dependency issues
• Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure regular, clear, and concise communication regarding the projects
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues that occur during all project phases
• Help to establish project management and change management methodologies
• Liaise with Senior Management on project status

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Over 6 years of Project Management experience in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices and capable to set project framework
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance concepts and processes, certifications such as LOMA will be advantageous
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication and presentation skills
