Yearly Salary Package: RMB 180,000 – RMB 300,000
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct research on other brands and associate target market features for our own brands’ display
-
Prepare visual guideline and display proposal
-
Identifying and sourcing all display props in order to upgrade store image
-
Design store windows; source for display props and materials; and assembling the window display
-
Responsible for the management of in-store display and coach sales team for all stores in all regions of China to interpret the guidelines and the execution of the visual concept
Requirements:

Diploma holder in aesthetic, visual arts, fashion design or visual merchandising
-
Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising work experience in high-end fashion
-
Strong sense in color trend, display, aesthetic, fashion trend for mix and match

Solid experience in fashion visual merchandising planning and spatial layout (e.g. window display) design
-
Expertize in in-store visual merchandising and conducting visual display training
-
Travelling is required

Strong fashion sense, creative, quick learner and good communication skills
