KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop & implement B+L visibility around stores in Hong Kong & Macau by exploring new design or format with strategic customers
• Maximize Bausch + Lomb exposure in different trade channels
• Merchandise & track marketing collaterals (such as newsletters, product collaterals, support materials etc.) at trade channels
• Manage external agencies on trade visibility, merchandising and other marketing activities
• Generate trade expenses reports to review channel investment and evaluate program ROI
• Conduct category management initiatives, including OTC and key optical stores
• Track and review trade expenses
• Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of trade programs

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of Trade Marketing / Marketing experience (preferably in FMCG or health care industries)
• Experience in trade activation and visual merchandising is bonus
• University graduate (preferably in Marketing or Business degree)
• Very detail oriented
• Independent and self-initiation
• Sense of urgency and action-oriented
• Excellent excel, database management and data mining skills
• Analytical mind, with sound understanding of marketing principles
• With creative thinking and “change” advocate (not afraid to challenge status quo)
• Must have exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
• Achieve more with less mentally
• Good team player
