Responsibilities:

• Respond to media/ customer feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Provide on-site support for corporate events / outdoor promotional events
• Manage online promotion and social media platform
• Communicate and coordinate with different functions/departments to maintain a harmonious relationship so as to enhance the operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments.

 Requirements:

• University Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Communications, or related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience  (Fresh Graduates will also be considered)
• Energetic, proactive, a good team player with can-do attitude
• Good learning attitude, communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able and enjoy to work with people of diverse backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult customer situations in a friendly manner
• Skills of photo/ video shooting, editing and knowledge in Illustrator, PhotoShop are the plus
• Customer focused and result oriented
